Notes

These recordings represent my first steps into the world of field recording using binaural in-ear microphone techniques.

Of the 50+ recordings that were made in the months of October, November & December 2003, I brutally whittled down these recordings to just 9 that are featured here! Factors such as humourous elements, interesting acoustics and nostalgia (track 1, the first recording that I actually made) were the deciding factors in me choosing these recordings over the others that didn't make it.

New recordings made over the complete year of 2004 will make it onto the archive in early 2005. So enjoy these for now and I'll see you then :) Reviews and comments are welcome.

Subject: Great Stereo and Quality
Listen to "Hula Hoops" for a great effect of chewing coming from inside your own head! Also the Blackburn Cathedral recording is fantastic, music and reverb and doppler(?) effects.
